My stay at Al Habtoor Polo Resort was a mixed experience. While the ambiance and design are quite pleasant, the service left much to be desired, particularly with regard to dining options and room comfort. The staff was friendly, but the overall management seemed lacking in several areas, which affected my stay negatively.
